This is my 6th tattoo. I got it in memory of my 4 great grandmothers. I grew up with all 4 of them and they all died within a year of each other (when i was 22).  The sparrows always return to the same location when the migrate. In addition, once they find a mate they always keep them. As a maritime/sailing tradition it symbolizes that no matter how far a sailor travels, they will return home and be faithful. This tattoo is by Wes Schulz at DreamsCollide in Lancaster, PA

I've always kinda wanted a tatoo, but I'm not sure what would be important enough to put on my body. Something small, like this...might be it. Hm...

I refuse to sink "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain. Hebrews 6:19." (I think I have already pinned this but it might be my next I'm pinning again!)

Infinity anchor tattoo style

I will fear no evil for thou art with me

i refuse to sink - I hate to be a copycat, but I love this too much to not make my own rendition. I think this is perfect for my very first tattoo. Happy 21st birthday to me! (:

Refuse to sink. Small but meaningful. Would definately get this!

flower, infinity, love, pink, anchor. . Instead of "refuse to sink" I'd put "Anchored in Jesus" or something similar. Love this for a tat idea

Zelda Fitzgerald was married to F. Scott Fitzgerald and was a writer herself. I love this quote by her, "She refused to be bored, chiefly because she wasn't boring." It reminds me to make my own adventures!

Ursus arctos horribilis tatau (North American Brown/Grizzly/Silvertip Bear Tattoo). squeee!!!

"I'm the hero of this story." I would get this, most def. It sort of resembles my battle through depression, and how I was the hero, I saved myself.

love the curves. And I think it would be beautiful if colored as well...maybe more of like a peacock? I'd love a shoulder piece.
