    Baked Lemon Pasta - very good pasta dish for summer. Even though it's baked the lemony flavor makes it taste fresh and light. Of course, it's not light with all that sour cream! Will try it again substituting Greek yogurt for some or all of the sour cream. Also made it with Italian sausage for hubby who always wants meat. Not as good, IMO.
