1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/3 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla, pure

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Vegetable oil


7/16 cup Butter, unsalted
1 cup Milk


1 tbsp Water

    BEST MUFFINS EVER!!! Blueberry Doughnut Muffins~ I make two batches in two bowls at the same time, one with blackberries, and one with banana and some added cinnamon allspice! Both are sooo soft and tasty :) All sorts of things could be added to this simple batter like oatmeal, bran, flax, nuts, other fruit... Get creative!
