Oven Roasted Sausage, Potatoes and Peppers. 1.spray a large baking pan w/ nonstick spray. 2.slice sausages into thin rounds, about 1/5″ thick. 3.cut potatoes into 1/2″ chunks 4.slice onion and pepper into strips 5.place all ingredients on baking sheet and drizzle oil over. 6.add salt & pepper and spices 7.top w/ sliced banana peppers 8.bake at 400 for about 30-35 min.

Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes to achieve sweet, salty, still slightly cruchy perfection!'
Oven Baked Fajitas...Just made this tonight for dinner, it was so good and easy. I ended up broiling it for about 5 minutes at the end. Instead of tortillas I filled half a red pepper that I put in the oven to roast up will the fajita mix was baking. YUM!!!
My favorite new recipe!! Oven-baked chicken fajitas. Everything (recipe included) is put into a 9x13 baking dish and baked at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and serve in warmed tortillas....
Weekend Brunch Casserole. Crescent rolls on the bottom of a sprayed pan, then sausage crumbles, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, then whip 6 eggs and 1 cup of milk together pour over the top and bake on 425* for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper over the top.

Italian sausage 2 large russet baking potatoes , sliced in half, and then in 1/4 inch slices 1 large onion , chopped 1/4 c. bacon bit (optional) 2 garlic cloves , minced 2 c. kale or 2 c. swiss chard , chopped 16 oz. cans chicken broth 1 quart water 1 c. heavy whipping cream. LOVE this soup.
