DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte 2. I would recommend a 2:1 sugar to water ratio. The 1:1 has more of the consistency of water rather than syrup. I also didn't strain mine as it takes out a lot of the actual spices and sugar and leaves an even more watery substance. Also tastes great if you add a table spoon of French Vanilla cream to the coffee in addition to this.
