Ingredients
Vegan, Gluten free ∙ Makes 4-6
Produce
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Chilli, whole red
  • 1 tsp Coriander, ground
  • 1 large handful Coriander, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Lime or lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 Mug of finely diced swede
  • 1 Mug of red lentils or yellow split peas
  • 1 Onion or 6 garlic cloves
Canned Goods
  • 1 Mug of coconut milk
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 Gloss of olive or coconut oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 handful Coconut and/or almonds, dessicated toasted
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds
Liquids
  • 3 Mugs of water
