My signature cocktail-Southside: with gin, lime juice, simple syrup, mint, and orange bitters

Gin Fizz

Grapefruit Gin Fizz : 1 cup Sugar, 1 cup Water, and 1 tablespoon Fennel Seed for simple syrup. Pour 1 ounces Gin and ounce of fennel syrup in an ice filled glass. Top with a splash of grapefruit juice and club soda. Stir briefly.
