Ok i'm reposted this workout i love it! If your sick of ab workouts on the floor. This is all standing workout! Super fun you will be dieing sore next day! Saw results in 2 weeks. Keep up cardio! Some days you just have to get off the floor. Just did this workout .....it is Excellent!
3-day diet... well see... apparently you can lose up to ten lbs. in 3 days, with this special diet used by some military men and women. take a four day break and do it again until youve achieved your goal... We shall see. Sounds too easy.
