This stunning Art Nouveau dining room in the Langham Hotel, hidden behind walls for years, was rediscovered in 1978 when the new owner decided to expand the restaurant. A portion of the extravagant Villa Ruggeri in Pesaro, Italy, created by Giovanni Brega in the early 1900s. The art nouveau style is called, variously, stile floreale, the stile Inglese, or the stile Liberty (after Liberty and Company in London, a cotton cloth manufacturer).
