    I just made this last night. It honestly doesn't need the sour cream. You can up the tomato paste and flour to thicken it.

Portobello Mushroom and Kale Stroganoff

Skinny Mushroom Stroganoff - Made this for the first time on 10/22/13. Loved the recipe! However, hubby suggests less of the "wild" mushrooms - will stick to a combo of shiitake, white, and baby bella from now on. Might need a little extra flour to thicken the sauce!
