      Hash Brown Casserole 1/4 melted butter 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns 1/4 tsp. salt 1 pint sour cream 1/2 grated onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cups grated cheese 2 cups of corn flakes 9x3 13 inch Pyrex casserole dish, mix all ingredients except corn flakes and melted butter, pour in dish then top with corn flakes and butter. Back at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes until bottom is browned.
