Chocolate ice cubes--Imagine in iced coffee!!! Chocolate ice: 200ml milk, 50 ml of water, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon instant coffee (optional), 70g dark chocolate (66%). Bring all ingredients except chocolate to a boil in a saucepan. Pour over chocolate, let melt 5 min, then stir. Makes 1 try of chocolate ice cubes.
