Mexican Pizza: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef in skillet. Add in taco seasoning. Drain if needed. Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Lay one tortilla on sheet. Spread with beans, then, with meat. Cover with second tortilla. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread top tortilla with salsa, then, top with cheese and desired toppings. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted completely. Cool slightly before cutting.
I made this for my husband when he had to eat his food soft and not too spicy. He loved this! This is a good starting point recipe, so feel free to add vegetables if you like. You may also use any chicken part for this recipe.
Crockpot Sesame Chicken 2 1bs. skinless, boneless chicken thighs. 1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce 1/3 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1 Tbsp. ketchup 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4.
