olive oil scrub - ideal for all skin types, go easy and scrub light! Use Leonardo Olive oil for this preparation which is ideal for massage as well. You can use sea salt crystals for this as well, to use on rough skin patches like heels, ankles, elbows and knees.
MOISTURIZE dry skin :: two teaspoons of coconut butter and 10 drops of extra virgin olive oil together in a bowl using the back of a spoon. Apply a thin layer anywhere skin feels dry once or twice a week. Use this on my lips, legs, arms, elbows, and hands.
Olive Oil wash for silky hair - A Pinner wrote... i have thin, stringy, oily, weak, flat hair with disgusting, dead ends. No matter how much trimming and special care I give it...it looks awful. I just used this olive oil mask this morning, and my hair feels thick, lucious and silky!! And my natural waves are bounccing beautifully! It really works :)
