      dessert enchiladas.. um big yes! For basic filling: 2 cups cream cheese, softened 2 cups marshmallow topping 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll chocolate tortillas into an enchilada shape, leaving the center open and hollow. Use a toothpick to secure the tortilla. Place tortillas on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Tortillas should be firm, but not too crisp. Remove toothpicks. Allow to cool.
