Ingredients: C. flaked coconut, 4 Tbsp all-purpose flour, C. Sugar, tsp salt, 4 egg whites, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Combine above ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake for minutes or until golden brown.
Pineapple Dream Dessert - I made this dessert yesterday, and it's awesome! Regardless of how full you are, you'll definitely have room for this light, fluffy, slightly sweet dish. It really is the perfect balance, after a heavy meal. Very easy to whip up, I think it only has 6 ingredients? Oh, and you can change the fruit too. Maybe try strawberries, or peaches, or even mandarin oranges? Just give it a go, you'll love it...I know we sure did! YUM
