Cold Fire- Dean Koontz. Another brilliant author who has never written a bad novel. Cold Fire seems to me to be one of his more brilliant works though, mainly due to the severe mindf*** it gives you. What I love about Koontz, he has a talent for tking the ridiculous & unbelievable, and in the end giving the reader a plausible and rational explanation for it all. Again- BRILLIANT! In addition, he's able to incorporate some deep thinking conversations between his characters. Quoteworthy!!!
Forever Odd: Book Two “The dead don’t talk. I don’t know why.” But they do try to communicate, with a short-order cook in a small desert town serving as their reluctant confidant" My all time favorite series by Koontz ^~^
Someone has come back to turn Amy into the desperate, hunted creature she’s always been there to save. But now there’s no one to save Amy and those she loves. From its breathtaking opening scene to its shocking climax, The Darkest Evening of the Year is Dean Koontz at his finest, a transcendent thriller certain to have readers turning pages until dawn.(another favorite!!!)
