    EASTER BREAKFAST CASSEROLE ( Bacon, Onions, Bell Pepper, Cheddar Cheese, Eggs, Milk and Frozen Hash Browns (1 - 4oz can Ortega Mild Diced Green Chiles is a good addition too.) Note: Instead of mixing the hashbrowns into the egg mixture, layer them on the bottom of your pan, dot them on top with butter and bake them first until they start to brown, THEN add the rest of your ingredients (and bake at 350). Your total baking time will be shorter and the texture better.
