    1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh

    Baking & Spices

    1 1/4 cups All-purpose flour, unbleached
    1/2 tsp Almond extract
    1/8 tsp Kosher salt
    1/4 tsp Salt
    3/4 cup Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

    Nuts & Seeds

    3/4 cup Almonds, lightly toasted


    1 cut into 4-inch cubes 8 tbs. (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, unsalted
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
