According to this chart, I'm right where I should be. However, it also says I could be up to 20 pounds lighter and still be considered healthy? At my height, that would definitely NOT be in good health. For the first time, I'm ditching the scale and focusing on living well in order to feel well. Healthy lifestyles naturally result in a healthy physique.
Before, I felt like this picture in the bad way- I was heavy with a skinny person inside trying to get out. Now that I am much healthier, I feel like this picture in the best way- I am healthy and strong and bursting out of the fat lady. ♥
