Stuffed Cabbage ~ If you haven’t tried making stuffed cabbage, you need to. It’s truly an easy method, and you’ll be surprised at how the cabbage leaves just naturally roll right up and seal around your filling.
Traditional Polish food. Golabki, cabbage rolls, pigs in a blanket. I stuff them with ground turkey / rice mini meat loafs, pour marinara sauce mixed with tomato soup over the top before baking. Serve with mashed potatoes or perogies. Yum. Lazy girl version, make large meatballs lined in a glass baking dish, lay cabbage wedges over the top, pours sauce on and bake. No rolling but same flavor.
Nana's Golabki (Polish Stuffed Cabbage). Love these to infinity and beyond but can never get them to roll

Baked cabbage rolls...substitute ground beef with chicken or turkey and quinoa for rice. *10/4/12 - Made this meal for my husband tonight, and he rated it a 9! I myself thought it was pretty good too. The only thing my husband didn't like was the raisins in the meat, other than that he thought it was great. I will definitely be making this a household meal at the Mintz residence!*
