Beef and Spinach Lasagna Roll-Ups

1/4 lb Ground beef, lean


1 cup Baby spinach, fresh leaves
3 tbsp Onion
1 tsp Oregano, dried leaves


1 Egg white


1 jar Tomato pasta sauce


3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese


4 (8x2 1/2-inch) frozen precooked lasagna noodles, thawed
