Grilled Pineapple Cocktail - 1.5 oz Bacardi, .50 oz Perfect Puree Carmelized Pineapple puree, .50 oz Lemon juice, .75 oz Simple syrup, .50 oz, Pineapple juice, Garnish Grilled pineapple wedge. Combine ALL the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain contents into iced glass. Garnish with grilled pineapple wedge.
