Long Island Sound - 1.5 oz Bacardi, 0.75 oz Chambord Black Raspberry, 0.75 oz Lime juice, 0.75 oz Simple syrup, 4 Raspberries, 5 Mint leaves, Splash Club soda. Combine all the ingredients (except the club soda) in a cocktail shaker, including the raspberries and mint.) Top with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a wine glass. Pink Fizz ~ 3 tsp. simple syrup 12 fresh mint leaves 3 ounces fresh lime juice Crushed ice 8 ounces vodka Cranberry juice Champagne or sparkling wine Muddle syrup, mint and lime together in a shaker. Add ice, vodka, 1/8 cup cranberry juice and shake well. Pour mixture into four champagne glasses, evenly and top off with champagne or wine. Garnish with mint.
Blueberry Lavender Mojito : 8-10 mint leaves 1 1/2 parts BACARDI® Superior Rum 1 oz. lavender syrup 1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice 10-12 blueberries Pinch of ground Cardamom Club soda In tall glass, muddle mint leaves, Lavender syrup, lime juice, blueberries, pinch of ground cardamom and rum. Muddle just enough to combine flavors, being careful not to over-muddle. Fill glass with crushed ice. Top with club soda. Stir. Garnish with blueberries on a cocktail pick.
