Low Cal Frozen Cappuccino- quick for the morning; freeze the coffee in ice cube trays over night!

Frozen Mocha Frappuccino (recipe) 1 cup strong coffee, frozen into cubes cup milk or cream tablespoons sugar, to taste 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup Optional-whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, more chocolate syrup

Iced Cappuccino Recipe  2 cups cool coffee (strong is best)  1 tablespoon instant coffee granules  ¼ cup sugar  1 teaspoon vanilla  1 ½ cups milk     Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend about 2 minutes or until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately over ice.

Iced Strawberry Lemonade - 10 strawberries - cup organic sugar - 4 whole lemons, with rinds cut off - 3 cups ice - 1 cup water - fantasticsausage
