* Slow Cooker Lasagna. Yummy! Only took about 10-15 min to put together. Italian sausage would be a great substitute to the ground beef. Or try 1/2 beef, 1/2 turkey for a healthier twist. Remember to mix meat/tomato sauce and cheese mixture separately, then layer in the crock pot. Definitely a do-again!
I'm making this tonight...it's the BEST white chicken chili that I've ever had. I do add my own touches to the recipe though. I do a 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne instead of 1/4 and I also add a can of Rotel for that extra kick. Finally, instead of using a saute pan, I like to cook the chicken and then add all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and let it cook all day. YUMMY :)
