X grilled artichokes with garlic and romano cheese - We made these tonight to go with steaks. I had never had artichokes before. Pretty darn tasty. will definitely make again. Used parm instead of romano and didn't use lemon juice. Will do exactly the same next time but will add some melted butter for dipping.
