Great option for portion control! :) 12-muffin tin + 12 eggs + any veggies/sausage/bacon you like + bake at 375 for 20-25 mins and you've got breakfast for a whole week! I recommend putting them in muffin cups to cut down on clean up too - always a plus. Definitely will make this recipe again!

Bacon, Egg, and Toast Cups. Butter slices of bread and slip them into a muffin tray. Cook the bacon on a skillet and put desired amount of bacon into each muffin cup. Pour an egg in each and cook in the oven at 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Run a knife around the edges to loosen the toast and then serve it up!
