Kale Chips - one of my favorite snacks / simple - olive oil and sea salt; bake for 4 min in 400 degree oven (go ahead and try it - live on the edge)
Zucchini Chips These are good--and I've done them with squash too! I slice them thin, dip in egg/milk mixture then roll in original flavored bread crumbs with panko. Salt, pepper, paprika and spray the top with olive oil cooking spray. Bake at 350 until brown and crisp. We like them dipped in Ranch dressing, but tonight I'm going to mix up some "fake" Cane's sauce!
made baked kale chips last night. they are so addicting i ate like two bunches. Recipe: rip (washed) kale into bite sized pieces (no big stems) coat with olive oil (about 2 tbsp) and salt to taste bake ate 350 for 8-10 min. or until CRISPY but not brown
Homemade spicy garlic kale chips! 1. wash and dry kale. tear into bite-sized piece toss olive oil, salt, garlic powder, crushed pepper flakes (or herbs)lay out on cookie sheet covered in foil place in oven (300 degrees F) bake for 20 minutes enjoy!
Baked Kale Chips. These are SO good. I make mine with a tiny bit of salt, freshly cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and a little garlic powder. and top with a little fresh grated parm towards the end. It's impossible to eat just one of these. I literally can eat a whole bunch of kale in two days.
Superfood kale is a surprisingly flavorful craving-killer. When you tear the leaves into bite-size pieces, toss them with olive oil and pepper and roast them for just 10 minutes, they turn crispy and light. You can eat these chips by the handful and still have room for supper.
