Slow Cooker General Tso's Chicken ~ An easy slow cooker version of the family favorite General Tso’s chicken and it’s soooo much better than takeout!

Crockpot Chicken and Gravy - 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts; 14 ½ oz can chicken broth; 2 packs chicken gravy mix. Put chicken in crockpot. Pour in broth, cover & cook on high 3–4 hours or until chicken easily pulls apart. Pour 2 cups of chicken broth from crockpot into saucepan. Discard remaining liquid. Add gravy packets to broth and whisk well. Simmer on low to thicken. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred into large pieces. Serve with the gravy over the chicken.

Cashew Chicken (Slow Cooker): Not a "blow you away flavour" but still really good, and nice and simple! [for the rice wine vinegar: apple cider vinegar (also add a pinch of sugar if you like) OR white wine vinegar OR 3 parts white vinegar + 1 part water]

4 boneless pork loin chops  cup honey 3 TBSP soy sauce 4-6 garlic cloves, minced Directions 1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Pour over pork loin chops, and marinate in refrigerator all day. 3. Preheat oven to 350, and prepare baking dish by lightly spraying Pam, or covering dish with foil. 4. Bake pork loin chops for 30 minutes or until no longer pink.
