A cute idea to teach table manners!!! Any time someone at the table does something bad (burp, reach across the table, get up from the table, etc.) they get the pig. Whoever is the last one with the pig has to clear the whole table.

Brilliant!!! I have to remember this as my kids get older. To teach manners at the table! Any time someone at the table does something bad (burp, reach across the table, get up from the table, etc.) They get the pig. Whoever is the last one with the pig has to clear the whole table. GOOD IDEA

This little pull-over-a-table tent idea is so cute. This one is for sale but I don't think it would be hard to make if you were a pretty decent seamstress. Then you could make it to fit over whatever size table you wanted. Love this for a little playhouse or reading tent! ...IDEA- You could make them out of old sheets like we used to do when we were kids!

Teaching kids table manners. From the blogger pinned: "No one likes Mr. Pig because when we act like a 'pig' at the dinner table, (burp, reach over someone's plate, yelling, slurping, etc.) Mr. Pig gets passed to them.
