Great Camping food idea. Fast, easy and hardly any clean-up. I'm going to use steamer zip loc bags for more than just omelets.

We've done this! It's great because everyone can put whatever they want on their omelet. Soo easy! Omelet In A Bag. Add 2 eggs plus cheese and various toppings to quart sized Ziploc bag. Boil in large pot for 13 -15 mins. Great idea for when you have a large group for breakfast. Very skeptical, but worked great and had fantastic fluffy texture. me: This works!! We did it on our ward campout this past weekend and they turned out soooo good!

Omelet in a Bag. This really works, it's great for camping, or when you have a large group for breakfast. You can also do this in the microwave, good College dorm idea, easy anytime meal for students. Our camping group does this; great for a crowd.

We make these EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we go camping. They are SO good-- nothing tastes better after a long night of being cold and hungry. The kids love them because they can make them however they want and I love them because clean-up is virtually non-existent! You just can't lose with these. Also great for REUNIONS! You can whip up big batches at one time!
