    Yes!!!! Keep switching up the planks.... Normal planks after awhile dont do anything to your body so it ends up as a waste of time during your workout... But plank challenges like this one works the entire body!!!!!! If you can hold a normal plank for more than 1.5 minutes... Switch it up to one arm planks, plank with leg lifts, or like this one with the medicine ball!

I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.
