AWESOME idea for introducing the CAFE board to students... read aloud and then let kids discuss different menus. Talk about what choices they like: main dish (comprehension) appetizer (accuracy) drink (fluency) and dessert (expanding vocabulary)!

Grinch day-- read the story, have grinch punch, who pudding (vanilla pudding turned green), write "I feel like a grinch when I..", Watch the grich movie, have grinch cookies and write up a huge grinch adjective poster... love it!
