Holiday Sangria. The best of what is available during the fall and winter holidays - cranberry, pomegranate, orange, apple, and of course a good white wine.
Pineapple Lemonade Ingredients: 1 bottle of Sprite or Ginger ale 1 (12 oz) can of frozen Lemonade 3/4 cup of simple syrup (sugar and water combo) 1 (approx. 20 oz) can of pinapple chunks in juice 1 apple unpeeled, cored, quarted 1 orange, halved and sliced thin 1 lemon, halved and sliced thin 6 strawberries sliced I changed this recipe big time for me.
Mint Melon Sangria Ingredients: 1 ½ cups diced watermelon 1 ½ cups diced cantaloupe 1 ½ cups diced honeydew melon 2 cups ice 10 mint leaves Juice from ¼ lime 2 bottles sparkling white wine Directions: Pour all of the diced melons in a large glass pitcher. Top with ice. Gently muddle mint leaves with the lemon juice. Add to pitcher. Pour wine in last and stir with a wooden spoon.
