Chickpea Daal (Indian) from Food.com: This is my mother's recipe. There are variations throughout India and this is from Northern India (Punjab). It is actually a relatively easy recipe and can be left unattended for the majority of the time. Make sure to use the best and freshest ingredients available. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
CHICKEN APPLE WRAPS 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken breast 3 Tbls chopped Fuji apple 2 Tbls chopped black or red grapes 2 Tbls Crunchy Peanut Butter 1 Tbls lite mayo (or greek yogurt) 2 tsp honey Iceberg lettuce Chop chicken meat and fruit, mix in bowl. Mix in peanut butter, mayonnaise honey. Spoon into open lettuce leaf, roll serve
