    1/1/2013: Bloody Mary Day: The saucy elixir dates back to 1921, when bartender Fernand Petiot served its originator at Harry’s Bar in Paris, before moving to the United States and creating a spicier version with the addition of Tabasco in 1933 at the Regis Bar in New York. Sriracha Bloody Mary (the best) 2 oz. Vodka 4 oz. Tomato Juice 1/2 oz. fresh Lemon Juice 1/4 t freshly grated Horseradish or Creamy prepared Horseradish *see note above 2 pinches Celery Salt 3 dashes Sriracha Chili (or more to taste) 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Guinness Bloody Mary 2 cups Bloody Mary mix 1 pinch garlic powder 1 pinch black pepper 1 pinch cayenne pepper juice of half a lime 1 ounce vodka 1 drop liquid smoke 3 oz Guinness Extra Stout
