This book is incredible, and has to be one of the best books written this decade. I think everyone should read this.

A sad and moving story about the 1942 Paris roundups and deportations of Jewish families.

What should you read next?

Humor and heartbreak all rolled into one.....Imagine waking up after hitting your head at the gym to find out you've been married for ten years, have become the ultimate soccer mom to three high energy, complicated kids, and you're going through a bitter divorce? All you can remember is being newly married and madly in love....Truly a good read.

The House at Riverton by Kate Morton. Looking forward to reading more by this author.

Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay. Seriously could not put this book down and lost sleep staying up late to read it! Read this in just three sittings. Full of heartbreak and hope. Highly recommended!!

This book! if you love real life books that deal with real life issues (and you love teen dramas with a taste of romance) Sarah Dessen's books are totally worth reading!
