apple crisp - tried Sept 2013: good but apples didn't get done after an hour of baking also too many apples & not enough topping...try 6 cups apples & double the topping next time. Also go to website for this recipe - should bake 40-50 min. not 30-40. Tried 2nd time 10/02/13 worked better with more topping, peeled apples & melted butter instead of cold.

Apple Crisp for one! You could alternatively use 1 Tbl butter and microwave for about a minute or two instead of baking...the topping isn't crispy, but it's still delicious!

Apple Crisp Pizza- Not only creative, but tasty as well. Our Small Slice was a all American Apple pie. .Not the least bit heavy or overly sweet. The topping was very good and it browned beautifully. You may want to baked it on a cookie sheet. I made a much smaller version and it worked out just fine !

THIS IS a wonderful dessert for fall, when both cranberries and apples are in season. The fruits are quite compatible in flavor and color, and they help make any table look festive and inviting.
