Booty Bridge- Lie faceup with knees bent and feet flat; squeeze ball between knees, and lift hips, forming an incline from shoulders to knees. Hold bridge as you straighten left leg (as shown). Keeping hips lifted, lower leg and repeat on opposite side for 1 rep. Do 2 sets of 12 reps.
