Pad Thai Soup - This is one really tasty soup and perfectly satisfying on a cold winter day like today!

For the peeps who always want my Pad Thai recipe this one is SUPER close to mine! I use chicken instead of shrimp but I bet shrimp would be loverly.

Pad Thai - 1/2 lb Asian-style rice noodles, 1/2 cup Kikkoman Thai Peanut Sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 T lime juice, 2 T sugar, 3 T sesame oil, 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, 3 cloves garlic, 1/3 pound bean sprouts, 4 scallions, 1/2 lb cooked baby shrimp, 2 T cilantro, 1/4 cup peanuts, lime wedges

My dinner from last night... It came out amazing. Of course we used chicken instead of shrimp because the hubs hates shirmp.... but still! It was gooooood!
