Reese’s Bottom Cheesecake Recipe - EASY prep - did a double batch (24) in about 15 minutes. Notes: -Single batch makes 12 -Piped in the cream cheese so the pan wasn't as messy for clean-up -Just used graham cracker crumbs that came with box of no-bake cheesecake -JJ said they were a bit messy to eat but everyone enjoyed them
There's only two ingredients. That's right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin (15 oz.). No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. The end result is an amazing, incredibly moist muffin/cupcake with a hint of pumpkin flavor. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Add a dusting of powdered sugar, or better yet some homemade cream cheese frosting for added awesomeness.
