Discovered a version of this Summer Oatmeal recipe at a Farmer's Market last week... VERY yummy (and great for this time of year!). The version I made (that they demonstrated) was w/out chia seeds (equal parts (1/4 c. Oats, greek yogurt, milk. Shake & store overnight. Serve w/fruit in the morning. I made blueberry...delicious!)
