The Museum of Picture Books, aka the Picture Book Library. Located in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture in Japan, it was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando in 2005. The museum was originally designed for preschools, but it's unique design has attracted visitors young and old from all over the world.
