Create a healthy snack drawer for the fridge. Toss in pre-packed snacks to go for the whole week. Also, pre-packed snack bags/containers for the pantry with non-perishable things like pretzels, mixed nuts, unsweetened cereal, etc.
When you start working out more you will be hungry. Instead of sabotaging your hard work in the gym here are a couple of options to fight of the hunger. Of course everything in moderation. Don't forget to drink lots of water. PS I would go full fat not low fat. #fitness #health #thefitshed
