Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla

Oils & Vinegars

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

    5 Minute Muffins – High Protein, Grain Free, Sugar Free! | *** 1 cup any nut butter, 2-3 VERY ripe banana, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 10 drops liquid vanilla creme stevia, ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients in blender. Pour in greased muffin tins. 8min for mini muffins 12-15 full size muffins

    High Protein Muffins: Place 1 cup any nut butter (cashew, peanut, almond, sunflower seed, favorite is cashew), 2-3 VERY ripe banana w/ tons of black spots (Can use some prunes to help sweeten in place some of banana),2 eggs,1 tsp van or 10 drops liquid vanilla creme stevia, or 1-2 T honey, ½ tsp baking soda,1 tsp apple cider vinegar, to blender or food processor. Blend til well mixed, will be sticky. Put in greased mini muffin tins. Bake @ 375 8 min or 12 reg tins for 10-12 min. Try rasins. gm
