Křivoklát Castle in Central Bohemia, Czech Republic: The castle was founded in the 12th century and belonged to Bohemian kings. Fire damaged the castle so many times, it was turned into a prison. During the 19th century, new owners reconstructed the castle. It is now a museum, tourist destination and a place of theatrical exhibitions. (by anch_jm).

Order the blueberry dumplings for dessert. - Lonely Planet
