Red Velvet Cupcakes In A Jar from Mybakingaddiction

Red Velvet Cupcakes In A Jar | My Baking Addiction. Finishing them off with a sprinkling of pink and red heart-shaped candies gave them a swoon-worthy finish.

"Coconut-Mocha Cupcakes".... Rich, coffee infused cupcakes topped with mocha buttercream and toasted coconut.

Chocolate cupcakes topped with a Chocolate Chip Cheesecake frosting. Topped with extra mini morsels...DIVINE!

These are SOOO yummy! I made them without the candy bar center and chocolate topping (just for ease) and WOW!

Coconut Cupcakes For the Frosting.... 9 ounces of coconut milk 2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature zest of 2 medium limes 1.5 pounds (about 5 3/4 cups) confectioners' sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes - cute for a school party, toddler play group, or other kid friendly party or event

blueberry + chocolate cupcakes: blueberries, chocolate, ganache, and a sprinkling of unicorn dust, I'm sure. I made these years ago for a friend's birthday. They looked lovely, and they're so... fresh looking even though it's chocolate, which doesn't exactly scream fresh to me.
