Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie Ingredients ■1 cup Plain, Unflavored Yogurt ■1 cup Fruit (your Choice - Blueberries, Peaches, Pineapple, Etc) ■1/4 cup Milk ■1 dash Honey ■ Ice Place yogurt, fruit, milk, a handful of ice and honey to taste all into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste it for sweetness and add more honey if needed.

homemade yogurt ..... THEN strain it to reduce he sugary carb rich whey!!! Duh- I've made yogurt. I strained reg yogurt to ake Greek. But straining my homemade will make it lower in carbs & higher protein-which is WHY I like Greek yogurt. So I'll try making it again from scratch. Much cheaper.
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Greek Yogurt 1c Greek yogurt 2T unsweetened cocoa powder 1T maple syrup 1/4t vanilla extract 3T dark chocolate chips Mix ingredients together and add more maple syrup if desired. Chill [covered] in the fridge. Top with chocolate chips.
