My New Favorite Breakfast ~ OVERNIGHT COLD OATS...In a mason jar or any container I add 1/2 cup of steel cut oats, 1/2 cup of almond milk, and 1 scoop of my chocolate or vanilla protein powder. Stir and Seal. In the morning I just grab my jar and eat it cold. Delicious...Sometimes I add fresh fruit, a tbsp peanut butter or perfectly fine it!!

Been doing this for years! My mother taught it to me! Unopened can of condensed milk 8 hours on low (completely submerged in water) in the crock pot cool down in the fridge = Caramel! This is the best caramel I've ever had, let alone made! It's so easy! Need to try this!
