20-Minute Spicy Sriracha Shrimp and Zucchini Lo Mein - substituted chicken for the shrimp, sweet chili sauce for the sriracha and rice noodles for the lo mien noodles. Otherwise it's all the same ;) I did 2 packages of the brown rice noodles... next time just done 1 for 2 people! Served with edamame and egg rolls.
